Yoga is my passion. I’ve been practising yoga for around 8 years now, however I see my yoga journey as truly beginning around 5 years ago. At that time I was in the middle of a particularly challenging and dark time in my life, and my daily practice of yoga is what got me through it. The practice of asana, and the studying of yoga philosophy, helps me daily to work towards a place of self-acceptance and inner peace, and gives me strength and the belief that I can get through anything – no matter how challenging – by simply breathing in and out, and in and out. This is a gift and through my teaching I wish to share this gift with as many people as I can, and allow yoga – and all the wonderful benefits attached to it – to be as accessible to as many people as possible.

I’ve studied Yoga all over the world with some of the world’s most inspiring teachers; in Australia, Indonesia, England and India. I am UK Yoga Alliance Certified, and have completed teacher trainings with some of the best yoga schools in the world, including Tripsichore Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Body Mind Life, Byron Yoga and Radiantly Alive.

Through my classes I aim to provide you with the tools to breathe through discomfort, to question your self-doubts, and to challenge your self-imposed limitations. Anything is possible!

I am currently based in Bayonne, France, and have recently opened a *NEW* Vinyasa Yoga Centre in Bayonne centre. We teach classes both in English and French. For more information, head to
